[Closed] Guitarists help needed - guitar chord software.....

Any idea where I can find some software to generate guitar chord song sheets exactly like the one shown in figure 2-2 in the attached link?

I want to type in chord names and (upto 4) positions within the bar its played, and it generate a pdf file I can print out.
