I think i've come up with a plan to be able to have cogs on a campagnolo hub going down to 32 or 34,and that's to have a Marchisio cassette, and take thier 30 toothed cog to a CNCer and have a 32 and a 34 made,as 'solid' cogs to keep it simple,ie just with a freehub hole in the middle and teeth around the outside.

Has anybody had anything similar done, and can remember how much it cost?

thanks
Tim

nope, and a lot, guessing £120-£150

even through essentialy its a 2D job you'd be looking at a couple of hours work and the use of some expensive machinery. Its only realy usefull as a tool if your going to make hundreds and can divide up the cost of programing the machine.

Thanks joemarshall.

An Open Pro rim on a Tiagra hub is starting to look like best value though, and the simplest option.

Will keep High Path in mind though.
