Or not? Forgive me fellow porkers for I have sinned

I had a chorizo and gruyere quiche for my lunch, and really quite enjoyed it

Theres so much wrong with that statement, its difficult to know where to start really. This constant hot weather is doing some weird things to me, and particularly to my appetite. I had a salad the other night. Voluntarily.  I haven't even hankered after anything pastry based at all

I don't know who I am any more 🙁

I'm going out after work to watch the footy and drink loads of wife-beater so I'm hoping that the urge to have a massive donner kebab smothered in chilli sauce and some cheesy chips will return me to normality

Anyway, as a sort of therapy tell me all the unhealthy crap you've shovelled down your gullet today please

Broke the diet good and properly today.

Met the missus for lunch at a Greek restaurant and had a  gyro - pork, chips, pitta, salad, tzatziki followed by a galaktoboureko which was lush.

I’m in the same boat Binners. I’ve had salad twice this week, and didn’t even complain.

sausage butty was consumed this morning, but no Golden Arches run at lunch as had last nights leftover pasta to polish off.

truly strange times.

I have a family size Tesco Victoria sponge trifle in the fridge at work - I only became aware of its existence at lunch time today

I have 24 minutes to eat it before the weekend

I have had BBQ'd meat pretty much every day since the warmer weather started, there is normally a token attempt at a salad but it is mostly red meat.

The well known rules of a BBQ also state that a BBQ has to be washed down with several beers so all in, my diet is not looking too good at the moment. Much the same as my belly...

My eating patterns have certainly changed in this weather. Can't be bothered to cook that much and had a pic nic for dinner last night in the garden. Quiche, olives, stuffed peppers, pork pie, salmon pate and half a bottle of nice white wine. Really hit the spot and no washing up either!
