Hi,
Considering going to the above. Any recommendations? As ever, impossible holiday spec sheet:
Flat for kids cycling (hopefully take kids and adult bikes)
Near lakes for swimming
Maybe next to a massive mountain that I can get cheeky rides up/down
Children’s activities
Endless wine and local cheese supplies
Can be either self catering or bargain tastic ‘chalet’ on campsite - would consider anything, but not proper camping as Mrs wants a proper toilet

Stayed in a lovely site near Gavarnie, also stayed near Luchon which is a great area. Both times were out of high season so were quiet. Both are going to be busy at peak season.

Nice campsite.
Lake with beach + bigger reservoir with wind surfing, etc.
Flat areas for cycling.
Next to Canigou (3000ish meter mountain).
Great local wine from local vineyards/co-ops.
45 min drive to Perpignan and the Mediterranean.
