My phone has deleted a load of photos!!! Downloaded software to recover them, connected memory card & went through the motions but then found out I had to pay to restore them. Anyone got any recommendations for freeware that will do the same thing?

I've used this in the past. You have to pay for a lot of it's features but digital image recovery from a memory card is (was?) free...
