Yeah, I'm starting early, because it takes me a little longer to get some of the ingredients (I'm in China)

So, I'm thinking cakes soaked in Alcohol, a really good mulled wine...

Some of these take about a month or more before they are ready,
what's your best/favourite recipe?

Nuffink! Cos we're eating out this year - spent the whole of christmas morning in the kitchen last year, missed the boys opening their presents etc so balls to it, let someone else do the work.

Pancetta from the turkey breast crumbled into the sprouts with sage butter. Is one of the things I won't be making this year

no sprouts.. here...

I wasn't thinking about the whole day event.

More along the lines of some brandy soaked cake etc.

Christmas dinner here for me, is more like a Sunday roast.
Which I never do during the year.
