Yeah, yeah, blah blah. I [i]could[/i] have kept weightlifting for the whole of the last 20 years, but it didn't really happen. Fact is, a hunky ginger Aussie girl has persuaded me to get back in there and enjoy it enough to beast myself to exhaustion 3 times a week. She's worth every penny. 🙂
