I’ve got a funny relationship with Guns, I find the engineering clever and like the history of them, but there’s no way people should be allowed to have them just to have a play.

Same here, the engineering history of the AK-47 and it being a symbol of left wing insurgency is fascinating

Im not a gun nut but I remember being genuinely annoyed when the British army went for the Enfield SA80 instead of some of the much better euro alternatives like the steyr AUG. Typical British incompetence

AA-12 Automatic Combat Shotgun out of Expendables (yes I know its a shirt film) looks like fun. Defo good enough for a poor shot with rat problem 😉

Bear in mind that the gun that made production was a shadow of the prototype thanks to value engineering, the Mk3 is seemingly closer to the original spec than the Mk1.

The supressed auto that Bruce Willis kills Travolta with in Pulp Fiction.

That'll be a MAC-10.

Pretty much all the Star Wars guns are good tbh, I guess that's what happens when they're basically just actual guns with stuff stuck on

And obviously the replica vs Desert Eagle .50 scene in Snatch.

Well, bearing in mind the demise of Mr Connery it’s got to be the Webley Fosbery from Zardoz.

I have the same with nuclear bombs. The engineering and physics behind them is fascinating but any thought of application is horrifying and the perfect example just cause you can doesn't mean you should.

Watching the Terminator clip I just discovered Ms Connor was a Donny lass.

Oh and yes the "Jackal" gun was interesting but a bugger to reload.

"The fact that you've got "Replica" written down the side of your guns,
and the fact that I've got "Desert Eagle point five O"written on the side of mine...
Should precipitate your balls into shrinking, along with your presence.
Now... **** off."

Terry Crews and his automatic shotgun definitely worth a mention... Not going to call the Expendables a great movie but it does some things brilliantly, and the scenes where it gets lets loose and it cuts to the other characters' reactions are just perfect. Statham's face, like "Frankly this movie is ridiculous and hyperviolent and I am comfortable with my place in that but that is excessive"

Maybe not a favourite gun as such but one of the most devastating clips of what a bloody big gun will do is the boat rescue scene from act of valour where the 50 cal machine gun opens up and pretty much tears the jungle apart.
Similar scene with the machine gun in the latest dredd

My godfather helped make the leg holster in Robocop so that's pretty special, however, Aliens has the 3 best firearms in my book.

A correct answer, but just from the wrong film...

But yeah, Aliens and/or Blade Runner probably win this.

Callahan Fullbore Autolock

It is my very favourite gun. This is the best gun made by man. It has sentimental value - I call her Vera.
