It is Nick Offerman in Fargo and Parks and Rec.
Anyone not familiar with Ron Swanson needs to get Parks and Rec into their lives as quickly as possible. Ron Swanson is largely just Nick Offerman he likes cooking meat on fire, Whiskey and building things out of wood.

Also worth watching American Ham (Offerman's Netflix special) and reading "paddle your own canoe" his book.
I've not read his new one as yet but have heard good things.
