I can't decide between Max Verstappen and D. Ricciardo, and I can't afford to have both! Daniel is more likely to finish whereas Max is more likely to finish higher. Argh!

Be mindful aswell that every few races the value of drivers and teams change depending on performance.
You can also make a limited (25 i think, 3 max per race) changes to your team through the season.

no, you keep whatever team you have even if their individual element value goes up. I can't remember what happens with your budget if for whatever reason you wanted to get rid of an element which had gone up in value.
