Enjoying this TV prog on BBC 2 Wales. Ex rugby player cycling from one end of Wales to the other on various bikes, and meeting various cyclists.
Assume it's on iplayer!

Saw it when it was first broadcast.
He has undertaken some amazing challenges over the last 10 years or so since retiring from rugby. 737 Challenge, skied to the South Pole, climbed Everest and does a lot for charity and research.
If he was English he would have been knighted by now!
