My workplace is going to have a healthy living push - we have too many overweight and unfit staff and patients. One idea ( among many) is to have a exercise bike at work and set a target for the team to cycle it a number of "miles" or hours or something
Anyone any clues where we could get one from for minimal cost? Its for an NHS ward.

This is the sort of thing I'd have thought ebay or similar would be good for.. there must be loads of abandoned ones from New Years resolutions that haven't been followed through on. The challenge there might be funding the purchase appropriately.
Try the local gyms, refits etc and you might get one do it for the PR
Thats a decent idea. Also I suppose I could go the ebay route and sell it again afterwards!
Get a turbo and hook up the tandem.
