For a full body workout on a normal bike, find a hill and climb out of the saddle.

Next.

The ability to push up to 10 inches you say?

Crikey.

I bet one hundred consecutive bunny hops would be harder.

I thought this thread was going to be about Girvin Flexstems, that bike is a worse idea though. What happens as it's cornering?

Why did the grey haired man look like he was trying to mate with the bike?

They've missed a trick - surly it's an adjustable wheelbase whilst on the move, LLS only when you need it.

It’s another of those fatal assumptions that combining things together makes for a better experience.

I’ve always found rowing boats more efficient than pedalos so maybe this isn’t a bad idea?

That last one is brilliant. What could possibly go wrong?

Love the monopod on the first one that you lean your chest against. Wonder what happens when you get out of the saddle?

Imagine a bike where pushing the pedal meant you had to pull on the bars to stop it veering from side to side. Now ride that up a hill with a relatively high gearing.
Ladies & gents I give you......the penny farthing (and look how long that lasted)

I would absolutely love to see some power numbers on that hand/foot cycle thing. Someone get one over to GCN along with a hub-based power meter.

On the first one the opportunity for endless septuagenarian pelvic thrusting is a bit of a worry / a delight, as you see fit. Not what one hopes to see on a Wednesday afternoon.

Jesus wept.

One or other or both of these things should come with reversed steering, or backwards pedals, just for shoots and giggles... Or maybe the seatpost could go up and down at the same time as the built in stereo plays yakkety sax.

This Hand-Cranked Bicycle Gives Full Body Workout... in some shots has a rubber looking guard over the chain. I wonder what they did with the footage that prompted that accessory..

its amazing that they have made a hugely adjustable bike but there isn't enough adjustment in the seatpost for the first rider.

Its like a shit lowrider/tallbike things
