Worst champions ever. They came 3rd in their group FFS, and bored their way to the final.
End of the day, France should have done more. They were complacent, and paid the price.
France were shit in an easy group, scraped through against Ireland thumped Iceland like anyone should and flattered against the Germans, back to how they were in the groups in the Final
The "minnows" have been this tournaments saviour Wales, Iceland and Hungary
3:3 Hugary Portugal was easily the game of the tournament
In reality a lot of the other teams should have done more, I looking at you Austria, Switzerland, belgium and France in the final
What should be celebrated is the fact the dentists, postman etc turned up and showed the prima donnas how the beautiful game should delayed. With passion style and as a team. I enjoyed the tournament and the stw thread has been ace.
