Ronaldos problem is he can't ever admit there might be others better at a particular skill, which isn't too uncommon with sports stars. Hence he needs a stronger manager/captain to say look son your free kicks and penalties are poor it's someone else's turn.

I've gone with the scattergun approach to betting tonight. Chucked £1 on 10 bets that have odds of 20-1 or higher.

I am torn on that. As a fan of the spectacular bicycle kick/airborne volley, I do fear they are clamping down too hard.
