Following on from yesterday's news:

Trying to get my head around all the potential things that could happen.
So a quick question, should the company resolve what is doing with me (either I accept a different role or accept redundancy "once offered") prior to bringing in someone to do my role? I know that someone is lined up but don't want to get into a situation where I start handing everything over and be left with either nothing or filing to do.
