The man seems to be pretty good when it comes to composing some 'suitably uplifting' music. It's all very patriotic and stuff like that and I do like it.

I love Elgar's work. The Enigma Variations never fails to bring a tear to my eye. Beautiful stuff.

I knew he was a cyclist - Golden Sunbeam, I think was his preferred mount.
