After being given the helpful link to a PDF doc, I need to edit it. Can anyone recommend a free PDF editor or one that convert to .doc?

Google Drive can convert pdfs.

There are loads of online PDF to word doc converters.

I've tried Google Drive but it didn't work that well with what I needed.
There are lots online but not all are "kosher"
