Asking for a friend who is looking to refurb a tenement flat in Edinburgh.
I know most folk are booked up months in advance, but I said I'd ask.
Would prefer a single or lead contractor if possible - post here or PM if preferred.

My son does this type of work around Edinburgh and it is a nightmare. He'd take on as many good joiners as he could but everyone is up to their necks in work.
