theres an item on ebay i'm interested in but its in Lithuania and seller doesnt have masses of feedback.
I got stung using paypal once before, although not through ebay. Basically paid for something and the seller didnt post it but then just emptied his paypal account so paypal couldnt refund me.
So with ebay buyer protection, it says they guarantee to refund. So do they just stump up the refund if the seller has emptied his paypal account?
