We have a 100% wool rug and we use the hose attachment with the brush on our dyson to clean it. Question time! Will this blimming dyson destroy the pile on the rug??

Not the pile, but be careful with any loose fringes at the rug ends.

If it is a shit rug from Habitat that has been taken back once and replaced and Dysoned again and it still u****ing does it then yes.

Use hand mode etc but using normal mode then yes you will kill a rug.

Depends on if you have one of the few Dysons which actually works...

If you can turn the brush bar off and clean it with suction only.
