I don't know if it's been mentioned before on here, but the last series of Veep was both hilarious and a huge dig at Trump and the current state of US politics.
Here's a thought, that would cut him to the core. We ignore him. Just plain ignore him. I know it won't happen but.......

He is not even intelligent enough that when accused of being insecure not to respond in the most insecure of ways thus proving the leaked email correct.
To be fair, Darroch's report was not exactly insightful - I think pretty much any of us could have written it from the comfort of Blighty without having to run the risk of living and working close enough that you might actually meet the buffoon.

3 of the 4 congresswoman he is talking about are American born. One is from the Bronx, one from Detroit and a third from Cincinatti. The fourth is originally from Somalia.

Will he get away with it? Next Presidential election is about a year away. 40pc of the US population are non-white/non Hispanic. Almost all of them are from families of immigrants, although some more recent than others. You can't alienate that many people and still win elections.

Trump could win - he did last time against the odds. But there's a ton of reasons to think he might not. Apart from being blatantly inept he was the 'outsider' candidate last time offering to change the status quo. He can't be the 'outsider' candidate now. He's been in office for 5 years he *is* the status quo.

Wait until after the next election and certain states begin talks to secede (doesn't matter who wins the losers will be sore). The Overton window (not the cleaners) has been moved by Bannon & Trump very successfully. And it'll push open further still yet. For all the people dreading that, others will be excited by it, and vote for those that allow validation of their own hatred. It could get much nastier still.
