There's one floating about somewhere, regardless of who started the name calling etc - why would any right minded adult think it's appropriate to bus school kids to an anti-abortion rally decked out in trump hats? Because 'murica?
There are over 2hrs of video available online, easy to pick out a couple mins here and there of some juicy bits to suit whatever agenda you have. News jumped the gun with the one sided reporting.
Read up on this a bit and looks like the school kids took exception to the aggressive preaching of the black Muslim group and started fronting IP to them causing a confrontation. Tribal elder placed himself inbetween two groups to stop it escalating. Lots of aggro from both groups and eventually calmed down, wouldnt say either side some across that well but tribal chief showed dignity and did the right thing.
Juat popped in to see if the Covington School kids story was being discussed. I'm glad to see someone is manfully stepping up to "bad people on both sides" in ninfan's absence.

All on the back of a few seconds of video capture which only tells a fraction of the story and from one side at that? Get a grip, you're as bad as those you think are being bad. Although I doubt it will happen (them being white boys and all), I wouldn't be that surprised if there was some police action taken against some of these people over incitement to violence.
So rene59 what do you make of all the anecdotal evidence coming from people who have attended the school or experienced the school through sporting events etc? They all seem very negative and imply that the kids behaviour wasn't unexpected. I don't agree with the threats etc but if a school is harbouring an environment that leads to racism and hatred then that should be aired.
Remember though, when kids at that school black up, they only do it "to show school spirit". And here is that spirit in action:
If there is evidence then let it be used to take action against those that deserve to be brought to justice. In a legal and fair way that is. Not a mass hysteria outbreak on social media. The very same people who rightly call out Donald Trump and the like for their bullshit and twisting of events, making up facts etc are doing the very same thing here.
A bit like those pedo hunters on facebook etc out for vigilante justice without the full facts. Can't think of anything that could go wrong eh? The Labour MP Jo Cox murdered by a nutter on the back of lies and manipulation spread by the far right, could easily happen here to one of those kids by a far left nutter. Or is it ok when the people targeted have different politics to you?

There's our solution, tell trump and his family that they can go on the first mission to mars to secure planning/building rights for the mars trump tower but he will need to negotiate directly with the martians upon landing.
Problem solved, and for an extra kick perhaps fudge the trajectory calculations for the spaceship and send the entire family into deep space, never to be seen again.

I like the multi-millionaire Commerce Secretary questioning why the workers don't just take out bank loans instead of going to food banks. A comment like that would be political suicide here but no doubt just improves his standing with republican voters.
It's crazy though that government employee wage funding isn't excluded from this sort of budget approval mess, sure increases like if Trump wanted 1m more border agents should need congressional approval but not pre-existing employee wages.
