Really?! Looks like it's trying too hard to be retro (top to the seat stays in particular) and that head tube is fugly. Nice dropouts though.

Top of the seat stays done like that always look like they might break off and skewer you. On a road bike yes, mountain bike no - for me at least.
The rest looks nice.
