Bought a light from Fast Tech and it was supposed to come with batteries included - it didn't. Now want to return said light - should fast tech pay for the return postage? Paypal have been no help 🙁
Fast tech have since claimed it didn't come with batteries and have changed their website description. Probably end up keeping it...

I think your answer is there. They should have provided exactly what they described. However, if you have no proof of the original description, I fail to see how you can do much about it.

Fast Tech aren't European = no DSR. You're reliant on their customer service....
That said given the batteries are usually rubbish and the head's the only bit worth keeping i'd not bother!
Cost of return is not usually covered by distance selling reg's.
Meh! Should have stuck with DX or blackshadow direct.
