That quote, used to describe Saint Tony, could just as easily apply to plenty of other people on here.
I have met and ridden with TandemJeremy and I wouldn't imagine for one second that he would bear ill will to anyone, especially on account of the colour of their skin. I wouldn't go anywhere near describing him as a racist. The comments were racially stereotypical though and I'm sure on reflection, TJ could see how they are being interpreted that way.

Anyone that complains about, or worse, pretends to be offended by, a harmless wee joke like that really needs to get out more.
I don't pretend to be offended by jokes about Scots. I even make plenty myself. Grow up people.
I don't think I've ever met a ****stani cloakroom attendant. But maybe if I did perhaps they were simply working there to fund their time at college/uni/band/sport?.

I don't mind at all it being pointed out that what I said was daft or stupid or did not mean to others what I intended it to mean as in this case. sloppy thinking and posting from me.
As I am of english descent with a poncy english accent and living in Scotland most of my life I too have been on the wrong end of predjudice.
