In my continuing public spirited traffic warnings...

It being a Friday and all, some of you might be headed for the SW. The M5 is shut southbound between 26 and 27 (Wellington & Tiverton) and is set to be closed for some time.

Adjust your set-off times accordingly. And have a great holiday if you are headed that way.

I believe the Highway Agency should strategically place a few of theses on rapidly deployable trailer units to clear obstructions our motorway network.

With TV cameras to record ‘rubber-neckers’ who would be prosecuted for holding up the traffic

Motorways would be open in a mater of minutes as opposed to hours and traffic would flow

Is it affecting the Northbound carriageway? Have parents with our kids coming home today.

It appears as though everything is returning to normal.

However, in other news, the M25 is now beginning to get very busy - in a pre-rushhour rushour type of thing. 🙂

It wouldn't be enough to cover my bourgeouise Bristol lifestyle mate. 🙂 Actually, to be honest tm, after what's been a shit summer for wood floor craftsmen, things have picked up as of a phone call around an hour ago to pass a load of work my way. Which is a relief - because things were getting worrying. Best of luck finding a guy though - shitter about that interviewee - not even the manners to say "Sorry, can't make it". Staggering ignorance. 🙁
