I used to go on holiday to Wales just so I could listen to him.
I first heard Husker Du on his show. Great to hear him on 6, give him a full time job.

He was the nearest thing we had to John Peel back in the 70/80/90s in Ireland. His late evening shows were fantastic and shaped the musical discoveries of most of my generation. Awesome DJ and I'd recommend a listen to anyone here who might be interested.
