Anyone used it since they went cashless? Just wondering if it has improved congestion. Normally go north to avoid it when we visit family in Essex, but its a few miles closer to go south, but typically slower because of the tunnel.
there was an article on bbc Kent last week saying it had reduced congestion , but still loads of delays because of ongoing roadworks .
and about 15% of people are not paying .
Wonder what percentage of foreign plate vehicles pay?
Its much better from Essex to Kent but still stacking up the other way (although still an improvement)
As per mudpup on our limited experience going down to the outlaws over Christmas
tail backs kent to essex with a nice chicane .. customer services based up north and usual " we're not the same company blah blah blah" excuses on the phone.
Supervisors make random claims to how fast things get processed.
