Right, you know when you just fling things together out of the cupboards, anybody came up with anything interesting?
Last night, I made a chicken marinaded in lime juice, zest, olive oil, chilli, paprika, demerara sugar, wee bit of salt and black pepper. Fried that./ Then I made some egg fried rice with peas, spring onion, more chopped chilli, seasoned liberally with light soy sauce and a wee bit of fresh yogurt(fused with the marinade above).
Mixed the 2 above, chucking it all together with in some fresh corriander and some more lime juice!
Was oustanding, a rather interesting chicken fried rice basically, I reckon that'll become a permanent feature!
So anyone any culinary concoctions they'd like to share? 🙂
My favourite is Roasted Haricot beans in a sweet tomato Jus, served on a bed of Grilled bread... 😀
