Bill last night had a spot of bother with neighbour,

Turns out snow White next door was rehoused due to domestic abuse (something I have experience with) Long story short, I think she's the actual abuser and a bit of a serial blagger based on the pattern of each relationship and what I have seen and trouble just seems to follow her.

BiL has two kids and last nights arrest was a domestic violence report, this seems to follow a pattern with every new bloke that rolls through her door, on top of this the latest who lives 2 doors up the street was smoking weed and pissed (both of them) it's like a Jeremy Kyle dream story.

Question being, He (BiL) owns his house but either side are council tenants, who does he complain to as I think ww3 will kick off if he approaches either about it directly.

Is it time for another controversial thread by Phil already?

The weeks seem to flyby these days.

From experience.

Sell the house and move to a better area.

we had this for years in a council estate, one side the neighbours were brilliant, the ones on the other side were pure scum, pissed every night of the week, parties every week from Friday through to Sunday night.

Unless your bil is man enough to go round and kick their heads in, the best thing to do is move.

Ive seen it dealt with both ways, via the council, or the direct approach.

moving is the best option.

He's right you know.

We had a similar situation in an ex LA house 8 years ago, Lovely family next door swapped with a mental 30 odd year old lass with a penchant for 18 year old boys, and massive devil dugs. Only took viewings at night when ye couldn't see said dugs marauding around.

In saying that, the weirdest neighbours ever were on a brief stay in a new build estate, some really bizarre people...
