[Closed] Cookery course (or similar) recommendations - t' North

Rather than getting my sister and her partner some stuff they don't need, me and my partner thought we'd do something together with them.

We were thinking a cookery course since I know they've done one (steak!) before and we'd all enjoy it.

They're all bloody expensive though - most I've seen are north of £100 each. Maybe I'm being unrealistic in my expectations, but I was hoping for more like £30 as part of a larger class.

Anyone got any recommendations for courses? Or ideas of something we could do on similar lines but without spending £500 in a day?

Somewhere between Nottingham and Newcastle - so York would be ideal.

Not been myself, but have heard good things about Welbeck (near Worksop):

Can still be expensive tho.

Looks fantastic, cheers. Sadly on the expensive end though.

Waitrose offer what you require but only in London or Salisbury. Prices are right location wrong though.
