Are you looking for the internal company name or the outside provider?

Previously have had Motivano, but company now uses EdenRed.

Both have such poor offers that it's not worth the hassle of buying from them.

Looking for internal company names for schemes. Need a catchy name for our scheme. First part of the name will be a rather un-catchy 'CS'.

"Total Rewards Scheme" - or pay and maybe some extra money at the end of the financial year if the company does well. Actually, i do get a pension and healthcare as well.

is it flexible? can you choose the level of benefits that you get? e.g. family medical cover, increased pension contributions, cycle scheme, etc.

Clong - No, not an oil company.

Samuri - Ours is called 'TotalComp' internally (iirc). Company starts with 'Con...'.

lifestylerewards.

Once you figure out how to use it it's pretty good.

Buy, e.g. £100 worth of vouchers for £95.

5% off Morrisons vouchers that you can use in store or to buy petrol with.

11% off Laithwaites wines.

Various percentages off of all sorts of crap I'll never use it for.

Same idea as quidco or topcashback, really, the amounts you're saving don't look like much as a one-off transaction but it soon mounts up if you use it regularly.

a lot of these schemes are off the shelf products so you'll get lots of companies using motivano, edenred, employee advantages, etc.

Current place doesn't have a name- in fact, they barely mention it even though it's bloomin brilliant.

Last place called it Flex, which wittily implied flexibility while having very little, unless you were minted. You could, for example, cash in your death in service benefits and get (in my case) 20p per month extra in your paycheck. Or you could buy an extra day's holiday, for 10 times the cost of a day at your hourly rate.

it is the modern way. give the employee the perception of increased benefits provision and value, whilst passing the costs on to the employee. looks good to the employee because different age groups have different benefits needs and can flex accordingly, reduced risk exposure for the employer.
