I'm thinking digging my old Terra Nova out of the loft for a bit of 1 night wild camping trips.

I managed to lose my Thermarest mat's a few years ago when moving house, I've no idea where they went?

Don't fancy spending that sort of money, especially as it would only get used a few times a year.

Looking online, there seems to be loads of cheap inflatable mats out there.

I something fairly comfy or I just can't sleep.

The Unigear Camfy P3 seems to get decent reviews and goes for about £50. It's not particularly light, just under a kilo but not that big a deal, as I'm not looking at doing massive hikes, just a few miles from the car.

Anyone tried one or similar?

We have a couple of those and they are good value and very robust, no issues so far.  We also something like this,

which is much lighter, still pretty comfy but only recommended for summer use.

Otherwise you could try Alpkit, they have some on sale.

I'm currently using one of these for our bivi a month outings:

And inflating it with one of these:

If you dont need an insulated mat that's you sorted for under 20 quid. I've also got an Alpkit Numo & Cloudbase and prefer the naturehike as its got a better valve than the cloud base and is comfier/more supportive than the Numo. Nevermind being a fraction of the price.

I've just been through the same (with similar budget in mind) and ended up with the Alpkit Cloud Base mat. As it was on offer, I chucked in the Drift pillow as well for £55 all in.  Very happy with both for regular camping, but they are light and small enough for my future bikepacking plans too
