Hopefully! Looking for a business loan, circa 50k, for improvements to our existing business. Period will be circa 5 years, anyone cheaper than Lombard at 7%? FSB recommended lenders wont even quote as they reckon they can't get anywhere near it. Anywhere else I should be trying?

What are you using as security against the loan, you will have more options if you have something to offer as security

Security would be the business buildings, the caravans themselves and my first born. The bikes are staying though.
