Any recommendations? I'd just like something that will show distance when synced to an android phone. Any tips for an Amazon/fleabay special?!

How cheap?
The Lezyne Mini GPS is doing all right for me.
If you're happy to use the phone as the GPS cateye do a unit which displays all of your data on a speedo sized unit on your bars.

Actually more for running with phone in pocket or rucksac, that would have been sensible to mention!
