Just playing with a big gravel tour and the crux might be finding somewhere to stay on the first night, near Laggan.

It's unclear if there's a bunkhouse or not, saw a hotel called the Rumblie which looked cool, seemed expensive though.

Any recommendations?

Ta

The rumblie b&B is very good and the owners are very cool with dirty mtb stuff, bloody good food as well.

Nice, that'll do! Very much a credit card tour so can't complain if it's not youth hostel prices!

Over the Corrieyairaick, into Glen Affric, through to Glen Shiel and over to Glenelg the next day, will need all the good food we can get...

There's a campsite and hostel in Newtonmore, not too far away. And the Newtonmore Grill truck stop for food.

Yep, have stopped at Newtonmore before. It would add approx 15km to day 1 and day 2, both of which will be long days anyway! A useful Plan B at least.

The Rumblie is Awesome.

Pottery Bunkhouse is an option (if it is open this year). You'd need to take your own food though.

Remember to visit Kara at Laggan Stores.
