I'm confused, do they already have names, and those names are Cat A, and Cat B?

Simple, logical, avoids confusion I guess.

Or are you asking for suggestions?

You had to kill one of them?

Or both?

Cat A should be crushed and cat B is severely damaged.

This is Minka, she doesn't know that though as we just call her Cat, so I'd stick with what you have

Always liked the idea of Sparticus on the off-chance your cat gets called in the vet's waiting room and people join in!

My mate called her maine coon “dog”, to be fair it is quite an apt name given the breed characteristics as it runs up to you when you enter her house and it likes playing football

An English cat called, One Two Three, had a swimming race across the channel with a French cat called, Un Deux Trois.

The English cat won because Un Deux Trois Cat sank.

We got a 2 year old cat from the RSPCA, it was called Buttercup. We changed her name to Stella. TBF I don't think she knew her name was Buttercup. She did respond to Stella though.

No, no I have no clue (nor anyone above seemingly), unless both cats have the same name, at which point I'd not worry about it, as your killing two birds with one cat, when you call them?
