Looking for some quotes on a new car (well, old car but new to me) and I can't get anything less than £700!
Example, 2003 Renault Laguna estate.
£720 ffs!
I'm 40 and have 3 yrs NCB. Is that really what it costs? Down to an E1 postcode?
Any tips for making it cheaper?

Seriously though, can you 'claim' your car is kept at another address? This saved me over £1k a few years ago, although I'm making that up for legal reasons.

Is it comp, if so and worth less than £3k go TP. Also try playing with the excess. And parking on/off drive.
