Yes, being a primary school teacher I have to show myself up and demonstrate them every now and again in PE. Not a fan of gymnastics though, get cramp in my quads all the time!

What's with all this forward roll stuff? Is it like standing from cross-legged sitting - a test of how old and useless we have become?
