I need someone to show me some exercises with weights. Do people do this, or is it legally complicated?

Anyone know a good PT who'd do this in the Bracknell area?

Do you use a free-weights gym?

The instructors there should be more than happy to show you how to lift correctly.

There must be 100's of online videos, no ? I do believe you can book such a session at sports centers quite cheaply

The livingwell gym I went to had personal instructors at the gym. Just speak to reception.

Yep, most PTs charge by the hour and will do one off instruction. I could recommend several in Cambridge.
99% of in house gym instructors have only had a 3 week YMCA gym course and know bugger all, so look for British Weightlifting Level 1 or Level 2 coach or UK Strength and Conditioning Association certified.
