Hoping someone here can help as this is driving me mad!
Had to load fuji software so that i could get pictures off my F70 compact, the issue i have now is that Fuji finepix viewer feels the need to open whenever i connect anything to the computer :evil:, wouldn't be such an issue but the software is rubbish.
Anybody know how to change this? i've looked for options in the application but cant spot anything.

Yes.
What version of iPhoto are you running? Have you checked for updates recently?
You need to set the details of which application to use as default in Image Capture, I think.
If you launch iphoto I think if you look at the preferences you can select which application opens when you attach a camera

Why not just get a memory card reader?
Cheers all, sorted now with iphoto recogniseing the camera and Fuji software uninstalled. 🙂
