That wasn't the plan. Was 12 stone seven months ago, stuck to a diet, trained hard, been racing even look like I've lost weight, but I'm now 12 1/2 stone.
Don't know how to take that. On the plus side I thought I was faster because I had lost weight. So if I can keep the strength and lose the weight wayhey.
I was expecting to be way under 11 1/2 stone.

probably swapped fat for mucle i say if you look thinner and feel better "Result" ๐Ÿ˜€

On the flipside, I was convinced I'd put on weight but learned today that I've dropped from 12st 13lbs to 12st 3lbs.

Mainly by giving up crisps, and riding my bike a bit more.

Not that that will make you feel any better, fatty.

You can't gain muscle as fast as you can burn fat, but it depends how much fat you had in the first place etc - hard to say really. Like diagnosing a car over the internet really ๐Ÿ˜€
