What's the deal with these are they actual working operating systems, they obviously look mega cheap and untrustworthy but who knows these days. It says you get a download link for an iso image and a genuine product key. Windows 10 BTW is it makes a difference

You can download W10 directly from Microsoft, so you've no need to use a third party download link (and I wouldn't anyway, for all you know they come with a free copy of credit-card stealing malware pre-installed).
Where they get the keys from, who knows.
