Off the auction this week to buy the house of my dreams.......

Just in case i win, do I need to organise a solicitor before I go?

No - just have to have the details of the one you want to use.

Don't forget you will probably need to have a large deposit ready to pay on the day and be able to complete in about 28 days - best read the terms of the auction.

It IS a fantastic buzz though - been there once (we were outbid though) ๐Ÿ™

I would have a Sol look at the legal pack on your behalf. be prepared to pay 10% of the value plus the buyers fee (3%+ IIRC).

don't get bid happy, its just bricks and mortar and there isn't a shortage of properties!

Good luck.
