[#11100020]

My gym next door has shut so thought I’d get a bullworker, such as I had in my teens, but wonder if anyone has or used one? And are any good? Not interested in full weights as the gym will be open again someday.
Btw the gym has asked that we continue to pay our dd’s to help support the staff - which is a good thing.

Just get a pull up bar and and do pull ups, press ups lunges, body weight squats etc. More effective than the bullworker

Bullworker was good back in the early eighties I still have mine up the loft, your chick hasn't been seen with big Alex by any chance, hands like ham, knees like trees, 200lbs and a surf board Hercules. Dynamic tension can do it for you

still use one in conjunction with weight training for those areas that are "trickier" to get to without gym equipment.

Thanks - opted for the pull-up bar.
I used a Bullworker in the mid-'80s and the new one is still one of the best sellers on Amazon. But when my gym reopens it will be back on the weights and HIIT sessions.

Just make sure you have plenty of this to splash all over afterwards

Hi-karate has always been a personal favourite, especially after a particularly strenuous spacehopper session.
