Got a bit of light building work going on a construction site just south of Bath. Involves drilling holes in concrete and fixing steel beams with thunderbolts, and installing GRP walkway material on top. Will need your own insurance. Probably a job best suited to two people, I would guess 1 - 1.5 days work for two people working hard. Email me if interested!
You will need: masonry drill (or two preferably) to drill ~150 no. 16mm holes 150mm deep, a spanner, spirit level, a step ladder, angle grinder/disc cutter for cutting heavy duty GRP.
I know someone in Bath who does building work, and has done for years, you could give him a try:
