I have a Canon Powershot S110, it takes some pretty nice quality pictures and fits nicely in a pocket, however its zoom is fairly limited.

After a bit of Googling, I've found some adaptors which I thought might offer a bit of extra zoom without going for a Bridge or SLR. Have any of you any experience with, or seen reviews of these types of thing?

Both seem to fall into the "too good to be true" category, but it would be good to hear of real world experiences of them.
