I’m due an upgrade on my phone and currently have an older Blackberry Curve. I’m sold on the Blackberry so want another one and have been offered the 8900 as a free upgrade.
Looking at one of the nerd forums there is talk of problems with the build quality of the 8900 and people seem to be steering towards the Bold. Anyone got any experience of either?

8900 is a good unit, no build problems with any of the ones we have at work. I took a Bold over an 8900 because the 8900 is not 3G, and I wanted decent data speeds.
Bold has been great, I've had no issues with mine, screen is really nice (8900 is slightly better / crisper).
