Not fully tautological. The subset 'People who drink jagerbombs' is entirely within the 'dickhead' subset, but there is a whole world of dickheads who don't necessarily drink jagerbombs. They are just covering all the bases - a sensible policy when it comes to dickheads.

There's a bar in Amsterdam called Coco's it's sign says, Lousy Food, Warm Beer. It's anything but.
